Do you have to be 21 to eat here?

No sir. I have taken my young children here several times. The staff have always been super sweet, some of the older clientele not so much.

Why do you charge $1.00 for coke refills when my drink was only half empty? Why do you charge $1.00 for a pizza box? I'm surprised you didn't charge me $1.00 for sitting down in your chair.

I love everything about cutters. The food is great on my stomach and pockets. Good staff wonderful crowd and atmosphere for any and everybody
